Like any union, Prospect is strongest when it is growing. All employees, especially in a fast-changing sector like communications, can benefit from being in a union, particuarly one with the strong specialist expertise that Prospect's Connect sector can offer. But not everyone knows about unions, or how to go about joining.

This is where you come in! Our best advocates are members like you, who can talk to their colleagues about the union.
